Advanced Tab not functioning on Rax15 ax1800

Hello,

I own the rax15 ax1800 router, hoping to find a solution concerning the bug linked with the latest firmware update :RAX15-V1.0.10.110_2.0.72

I checked out the community here and found out that many users were experiencing the same issue as I am, advanced tab not working due to the latest firmware update!

 

i tried the following :

 

reset the router

switched browsers

tftp command from windows (followed it to the last letter) :https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-a-TFTP-client-o...

but had no result it just doesn’t install or downgrade the firmware (form: RAX15-V1.0.10.110_2.0.72 to RAX15-V1.0.4.100_2.0.64)

Has anyone else found a way of solution around this problem?

    If the advanced tab cannot be accessed, the direct link to the firmware update page may work.

     

    192.168.1.1/UPG_upgrade.htm
