Advertisement for Netgear App in RAX80 Interface???

I just updated my firmware to the newest vesion and I am quite irrate to see a nagging advetisment on the side of my basic menu at the bottom.

I did not pay $600 to see advertisments to apps on my routers interface.

Is there a way to remove this or am I going to have to move away from Netgear products in the future? Not happy about this at all.

    I have the same issue with that advert its really annoying on my RAX120.

    Bumping.

     

    I also take issue with this. I've had a Nighthawk RAX75 for 4-5 months now and have not grown any more accustomed to the GUI. It's terrible. Is it consumer-grade where things are easy to find? No. Is it business-grade where things have a logical mapping and flow? Doube-no. So who is it for then?

     

    And yes, please get rid of the ridiculous app advertising from within the admin site. It's for the mobile app which I already have and use. Yet the irony is I still need to login to the website because there are a different set of functions; yet there's the advertisment telling me to use the app.

     

    Absolutely ridiculous.

    2 months and still no reply.from Netgear

     

    Maybe I'll go buy a real router.
