another OpenVPN issue

Well, hell's bells. I figgered it out. I have the DUC utility on my laptop to keep my No-IP address up to date. Of course, I'm not home so it's updating based on my current connection, not my home router.
Talk about a headset short. Thanks for the attempts to help. Crap...

Huh. My existing profile is for TUN on port 12973. I was trying to use the smartphone .ovpn on W11 which worked fine in the past on W10.

Did you remember to rename the VPN adapter name to NETGEAR-VPN ?
Also, does this also fail on your phone?

I've never manually renamed the VPN adapter. Right now on W11 (which should be the same or essentially so on W10 which has worked) it's named OpenVPN TAP-Windows 6. Additionally, the Pixel 9 which again was working fails in the same manner.
