another OpenVPN issue

Well, hell's bells. I figgered it out. I have the DUC utility on my laptop to keep my No-IP address up to date. Of course, I'm not home so it's updating based on my current connection, not my home router.
Talk about a headset short. Thanks for the attempts to help. Crap...

No one can send you the profile because each profile is unique. Log into the router web interface. Navigate to the OpenVPN page. At the top of the page are links to download the configuration for Windows, non-Windows, and smartphones. Under that are links to display instructions for each. The main difference I see is that the Windows configuration has encryption keys in separate files and the smartphone configuration has everything in one long .ovpn file.
