Armor Free Trial Error
I had to reset to factory default settings on my RAX200.
Now when I go to the app on my phone (Android) Netgear Armor Security panel has an Activate Trial button. When selected I get a failed to subscribe error message.
I have tried rebooting the router
I have re-installed the app
I have turned on and off remote management
I have tried on another device
I have tried to go to Add ons in the app to purchase it (if available). The only option available is pro support. No help there.
Previous to reseting to factory defaults. The router set up with the free trial version of Netgear Armor working normally.
How do I get the free trial activated so that I can purchase it?

- Hello, I just updated to the most recent firmware after completing a factory reset. I am experiencing the same problem. I cannot activate the trial so I can purchase Armor. I had an expired trial prior to uploading the newest firmware.
