Armor unable to activate
I have recently bought a 2nd hand R8000 and I'm trying to setup the Armor. I was unable to activate the trial, but I thought this may be due to being 2nd hand, so I've bought a subscription via armor.netgear.com and I can see my router in the account when I log in and according the account, my router is secured with Armor, but when I look at it on my mobile app, it still shows as not active.
am I missing something? do I need to restart my router? do I need to do something else

this is now resolved, I think I just needed to wait for everything to sync together, all working fine now
