AX12 RAC 200
I am completely frustrated over this damn device. I lost all my wireless channels. Nothing is showing up. I’ve rebooted. Upgrade the firmware. This thing is a piece of crap.
What actual device do you have? AX12 isn't a mode. And there isn't an RAC model. Maybe you mean the RAX200?
Is the wifi not broadcasting at all?
did you try pushing the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds?

Wifi is broadcasting but the Netgear Nighthawk app no longers shows an expanded menu where you have parent controls and the ability to turn devices on/off. All this is now gone.
so wifi is working? just having app issues with parental controls/access controls?
yes - wifi is working. The options in the app are all gone. See attached image. appears like my admin privs were downgraded.
Does it work if you log in through the browser?
did you try a different device?
