I keep losing my wireless connections. For no reasons. The different broadcast names are gone.

There is no NETGEAR AX12 model. Do you mean RAX120?
What firmware version are you on?
What is the router connected to (modem/gateway)?
Have you tried factory reset and configure from scratch?

Yes, Model RAX200

Yes.
Don't know what happened. At one point, I appeared to have control to turn off/on any device. Now, that option is gone.
