I keep losing my wireless connections. For no reasons. The different broadcast names are gone.

There is no NETGEAR AX12 model. Do you mean RAX120?&nbsp;What firmware version are you on?What is the router connected to (modem/gateway)?Have you tried factory reset and configure from scratch?

At one point, I appeared to have control to turn off/on any device. Now, that option is gone.&nbsp;
