ax120 netgear nighthawk cant subscribe to netgear armour after purchase

Bought Ax120 Router On EBay Nether Armour Trial Was Up. Purchased Subscription and It Says Cannot Subscribe. Before I Bought This Router I Had Another Nether Router, It Wasn't Installed But They Added Nether Subscribe To The Wrong Router.
Did you start with a factory reset on the router you have? the rax120?
Always worth doing when purchased off ebay.
You said you have a current subscription but its on the wrong router? Not sure if thats what you were saying
