AX1800 - 300Mbps in, but only 100Mbps out

Well, I've again tried resetting everything. Tried even more CAT6 cables. Disabled QOS on a co-workers suggestion. Still I get only 100 MBps.
At least when I return it, I can feel satisfied that I tried everything I could.
R6700AX is the model number. Sorry about that, it's so much smaller print on the box.
Before I return this router, is there any way to solve this problem?

I saw this question of yours here yesterday
and looked up your Spectrum (Sercomm) ES2251 modem.
it has a 2.5GbE port, and auto-negotiates its speed 10,100,1000,2500.

...except to suggest you can check your R6700 User Manual
for the ports' LED color-speed meanings
then for a test, temporarily cause an ethernet loop by plugging that router's LAN to WAN
and check if it shows only 100Mbps that way
in which case, possibly your new router is faulty.

If my post showed up twice, I have no idea how that happened. I only posted it once. Here's the package of the router I received from Amazon. I wasn't really expecting a plain brown cardboard box instead of retail packaging, but wasn't too immediately concerned. Now I'm wondering if I ended up getting a refurbished model that wasn't fully refurbished.
The R6700AX does have four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, and a full Gigabit Ethernet WAN port.
In case you end on just 100 Mbps, review your cables. Gigabit Ethernet requires four working pairs, so eight strands of copper, properly crimped of course.
If your wireless does and out on 300 Mbps only, consider to replace the wireless clients for something more decent.
An average mobile computer does come today with 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 client, like an
- Intel AX2nn Series, 2x2, 160 MHz, 1K QAM, 2.4, and 5 GHz bands, max speed 2.4 Gbps
To be future-proof, look for a Wi-Fi 7 client. Devices equipped with e.g.
- Intel BE202, 2x2, 160 MHz, 1K QAM, 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands, max speed 2.4 Gbps, or the
- Intel BE200, 2x2, 320 MHz, 4K QAM, 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands, max speed 5.8 Gbps.

Instead looking on the packaging, what does the router itself say, model label, et all - and last but not least, the Web interface.
Somehow I'm under the impression, you got an very inexpensive router, like an R6020 instead - and not an R6700AX.
Post pictures of the effective router (both sides, including lower side view), the Web UI, ...
Have you bought a refurbished unit from Amazon? Suspect fraud ... some Amazon customer has returned an old device in an R6700AX box - and the poor or non-existing return logistics hadn't catched it.

I received a Netgear modem in that sort of packaging years ago.
Maybe it is a European thing.
