AX1800 - 300Mbps in, but only 100Mbps out

Well, I've again tried resetting everything. Tried even more CAT6 cables. Disabled QOS on a co-workers suggestion. Still I get only 100 MBps.
At least when I return it, I can feel satisfied that I tried everything I could.
If my post showed up twice, I have no idea how that happened. I only posted it once. Here's the package of the router I received from Amazon. I wasn't really expecting a plain brown cardboard box instead of retail packaging, but wasn't too immediately concerned. Now I'm wondering if I ended up getting a refurbished model that wasn't fully refurbished.
The R6700AX does have four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, and a full Gigabit Ethernet WAN port.
In case you end on just 100 Mbps, review your cables. Gigabit Ethernet requires four working pairs, so eight strands of copper, properly crimped of course.
If your wireless does and out on 300 Mbps only, consider to replace the wireless clients for something more decent.
An average mobile computer does come today with 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 client, like an
- Intel AX2nn Series, 2x2, 160 MHz, 1K QAM, 2.4, and 5 GHz bands, max speed 2.4 Gbps
To be future-proof, look for a Wi-Fi 7 client. Devices equipped with e.g.
- Intel BE202, 2x2, 160 MHz, 1K QAM, 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands, max speed 2.4 Gbps, or the
- Intel BE200, 2x2, 320 MHz, 4K QAM, 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands, max speed 5.8 Gbps.
