AX1800 Cannot connect Dell thin client

Hello,  I'm trying to connect my Dell thin client for work to my WiFI with this product and it keeps giving me an error "network not found".  Everything else in our apt connects just fine (iPhones, Mac, etc).  Can anyone help?

    What wireless card is in the dell thin client? 

    Does it work if its wired in?
