AX1800 NO Internet connection
Spent two hours on the phone with tech-support today. Issue: New Spectrum modem does not connect with new Netgear AX1800. Tech-support basically gave up and blamed it on my two Roku sticks. No Wi-Fi connection on any type of device so it can’t be just the Roku. I’m left without Wi-Fi after 2+ hours on the phone. Help!

2. what AX1800 device do you have? AX1800 is a speed and not a model
3. what firmware is on the router?
4. what error are you getting in the router when it tries to estabilish a connection?
5. do wired devices work? you put wireless devices dont
