AX3000 My ThinkPad laptop cannot find the AC3000 router

All my devices: dell laptop, cellphone, TV, Home are able to connect to the router except my ThinkPad laptop which it can't see the router on the avilable wifi list. Please advise.

Lack of any details: Update the Winsows laptop WiFi drivers from the vendor site, or eg from Intel.

    AC3000 is not a Netgear model number. It is a label that Netgear, and others, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds. Look on the device's label for the Model.
