AX3000 Nighthawk AX4 model RAX35 no connection
Router shows all lights solid green but have no internet connection. The wireless connection is visible but never successfully connects. Have reset multiple times with the same results.
what modem/gateway is it conected to?
What firmware version are you on?
Do wired devices work?
Connected to a charter modem ES2251 and can confirm I have internet without router. Not sure how to check firmware, The device itself is undetectable through app.
If you hardwire a pc/laptop into the router, can you access the router that route?

If its a new device, you can contact support.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
