AX5400 replacing R6400v2

    You shouldn't need to uninstall the app. 

    When the app doesn't detect your router, it should offer to remote connect or "new system setup". 

    You should be able to follow th new system setup option. 

     

    Also, what modem/gateway are you connecting it to? Some you have to power the modem/gateway down for a bit without a router connected and then power it back on. Then connect the router.
