AX5400 WiFi 6 Router with A7000 adapter

SO it means there is no way to get 500/500 using wifi?
I didn't say that. but there are a lot of variables that impact wireless speeds.
If you're computer is next to the router, there's not much for interference, then you might hit those speeds.
in terms of wireless, 2.4ghz is slow. If its hitting 100mbps, its doing great. 5ghz is the faster network by far. Some devices will hit 500+mbps. But 5ghz signal/speeds drop off faster than 2.4ghz does. And its more sensitive to obstructions like walls/furniture/etc.
How far from the router is the computer?
What are the interior walls made of? (and how many are there)
- Actually it is not too far , like 15 feet , and technically it is no wall between my adapter and router cuz my adapter put beside the door . And i can see my router directly through the doorway .
So that’s why I’m so confusing- And I always connect 5 ghz and also I checked my usb is usb 3.0
Did you try changing usb ports and wireless channel that the router is broadcasting on?
