Ax5400 wifi work but lan not work
Hello,
I tried all lan ports already, their led light successfully but my internet still not working. I think its not cable problem since I already switch them to pair my modem or PC, both cable can connect success in Wan port (WiFi work). Any idea? Sorry for poor English.

1. what modem do you have the router connected to?
2. what actual router do you have? (hint, ax5400 is a speed, not a model)
3. what firmware is on it?
4. what happens with the hardwired devices when connected? What error do they give?
