AX6 6-Stream AX4300 WiFi 6 Router (RAX45-100) intermittent connectivity of wireless
Bought this router in September after replacing the first model in 30 days after support threw in the towel. We have a constant cable speed into the router at 500 MBPS but wifi output is spotty and often non existant. Was very easy to set up and I had high hopes for the app. Sporadic service and a very buggy app (who needs location services for accessing my router, really?) The app get slowed down again by constantly bothering me to subscribe to Parental Controls. Have basically been using routerlogin.net to see what is going on, it is a non-secure connection and ocaasionally works.
Has anyone had succeess with their RAX45 or am I the only one? Also, is the app really as bad as my experience or are the rest of you having success?
Any comments appreciated.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What "app" are you using?
What devices are you speed testing with?Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
