I take it you mean the apple app store?
Apple has issues whenever there's a double nat situation. So what modem are you using? Are you in a double nat?

Also AX6000 isn't a model number. A model number, firmware number, and modem model number help us to help you.

In terms of your "tv box" (not helpful, a model number is) you can try disabling the AX function as some older devices are having issues connecting to it.
