AX6000 not issuing IP address to IoT device

Firmware: V1.0.4.120_1.0.61

Hardware: RAX80

Device in question: PurpleAir PA 11

Nighthawk will not issue an IP address to the device. I have 19 other various devises that I've been using routinely that have IP addresses on the network but for some reason it will not provide on for this.

The device shows up as Allowed on the Access Control list.
