AX6000 Rrouter is blocking my stream genie always says password is invalid.

I need to see if there is a setting that can be changed that will allow my stream genie to not be rejected every time the password is put in for the wifi.

    1. What router? AX6000 is a speed

    2. What firmware is on it?

    3. What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    4. Any special characters in the ssid name or password? If so, remove them. 

    5. Have you checked with stream genie? Seems like their site is down.
