What firmware is the new router and satellites on?
Have you noticed if the device with issues is connected to the router or the satellite?
And I did try Zoom on laptop and iPad. Also connected to router and satellite at different locations. Results were the same with lagging / missing voice at Zoom. When I switch back to old router , it then returned to the fair quality level.
Are you able to try using zoom with a wired connection? This will halep determine if it is a weid bug with a specific WiFi adapter or if it is something else impacting the overall WAN connectivity.

Wanted to also ask if speedtest results are similar to the wired connection. Some WiFi issues can lead to realtime communication issues that may not be present on streaming services like netflix which will buffer a minute or 2 worth of video.
