Blinking won't reset Ax12
Where is a support number. Just keeps going in circles. My router won't factory reset won't stop blinking. And can't access it to manually give it firmware update!!! I just bought a very expensive paperweight!! What can I do?

there isn't a direct number for support. if you google for a support number, you're likely to get a scam/con site.
you have to click mynetgear at the top, register an account and then the device. From there, there is a support option.
but form the sounds of it, it has corrupt firmware. you can try recovering it via tftp.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

and here's a video walk through.

If that doesn't work and you just bought it, I'd exchange it. Probably be faster than sending it in.
I'd highly recommend any firmware updates be done over a hardwired connection and not the app or via wireless. thats where we see the most issues with corrupt firmware.
