Blocking Specific IP in and outbound

I have a Nighthawk R6700Ax and I would like to block a specific IPs traffic inbound and outbound. The IP 239.255.255.250 shows to be a Malicious C2 server according to virus total. Wireshark shows a lot of UDP and other traffic to and from this IP. Since it appears to be a malicious IP I would like to completely block it until I can do further investigation.. Is this possible on this router?
