Blocking web sites

How do I block web sites? Doesn't look like I can do it from nighthawk app.

      Mine is above (AC2600). I've got "parental controls" link, "block sites" link and everything in my updated network admin but NONE of htem work. They parental controls link goes to a video on netgear's website prompting me to download "Genie" which...I can't find anything CLEAR but SEEMS to have been discontinued. The blocking sites feature doesn't work AT ALL. I have snapchat and tinder every different way I can spell them (including w and without www. etc. ) and anyone can access them still. It's strange that I have the latest greates firmware yet these (apparently) discontinued features are still showing??
