The Network icon third from top, keeps blinking and I can't get my TV connected to the internet
What are we talking about here. C3⅞ⁿ0 looks like an attempt at some sort of cable modem/router.

But first you'll have to explain a bit more. What is this TV? How are you trying to connect it? Wifi? Wired?
