C6300 2.4 and 5 ghz channels locked???
Hardline works WiFi does not. Clueless as to what to do.
Clues as to whats going on?
What are the led's doing?
is the wifi broadcasting and your unable to connect? Are you able to connet but get "no internet avaiable"? Are you unable to see it at all?
We need more details than "wifi does not".
Help us to help you by going into details as to whats going on, what you've tried, and devices you're using/tried.
So on mobile devices I see my 5g channel appear but no 2.4. On my laptop I see neither channel, neither is detected. The 2.4 light and the 5 light are solid green. I can access the net through Ethernet only
What chipset is in the laptop? if it doesnt' have a 5g wireless card in it, you won't be able to see it.
has the 2.4ghz ssid broacast been disabled in wireless settings?
Or the ssid hidden for 2.4gh?
have you logged in through settings to check this?
