Cable not connected
I bought an RAX40 a couple of hours ago. When I try to set it up via the app or manually it keeps saying no ethernet cable is connected. The cable is definitely firmly connected. The wall socket is fine, the internet technician tested it yesterday when they set up my internet. Ive tried using a different cable. Am i missing something obvious. Or is the port on this possibly faulty?

Who's your isp?
You just put that you connect the RAX40 to the ethernet port coming from the wall. What does that go back to?
Does your ISP have certain settings they require for a router to connect to their service?
