nighthawkAX5 AX4200 model RAX43 ....new router and new modem. wifi light on router not on, cannot get internet access direct ethernet or wifi
What modem/gateway do you have it connected to?
What error is it giving you for "internet access"?
Are you able to access the routers gui when hardwired in?
Did you check the wifi on/off button? (push and hold it 2 seconds)
