Can not find router that I purchased

You didn't give us much to go off.
A couple tips.
1. don't put your serial number on here
2. details of whats actually going on do help us to help you.
3. If its a new purchase, you can contact support. To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
