Cannot connect RAX30 router to my new fiber modem
I recently switched to fiber for my internet and I cannot get my router to connect to the new modem at all, and I know the fiber modem is working because when I plug it into the internet company provided router it works just fine, but when I plug in my netgear Nighthawk RAX30 router,I can't get it to connect to the internet

How are you trying to get the router to connect? If you are using the browser graphical user interface (GUI), you may be able to get into its controls and take it through the Internet Setup Wizard.
Failing that, reset the RAX30 so that lt forgets any previous connections?

Then take the router through the usual setup regime, remembering to do it all in the correct order.
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
