Cannot connect to my new router
I have just bought a new router nighthawk x6 and cannot connect to internet. Tried thru the app and router gateway
What modem/gateway are you connecting to?
Firmware on the router?
did you shut off both the router and the modem and disconnect the coax from the modem and then follow this procedure?
1. reconnect coax to modem
2. power it on and give it several minutes.
3. connect modem lan cable to wan port on router
4. boot router and give it several minutes to fully boot.
5. Then try setup.
