cannot connect WAN

Question

For the model number, I have the RAX45.&nbsp;&nbsp; Couldnt find that in the list so went with RAX40 above (as the closest to it).&nbsp;&nbsp;Orignal setup - hooked my WAN line from service provided into an AirCube which then transmits WiFI.&nbsp;&nbsp; My provider uses a fiber/wireless hybrid network, with a dish mounted on the roof.&nbsp;&nbsp; What I get is an RJ45 plug.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1)&nbsp; I can take a cable, plug into Gigbit Ethernet output port on AirCube, and plug that line into the Internet port of the NetGear.&nbsp;&nbsp; Everything works just fine that way.&nbsp;2)&nbsp; If I take the WAN line from service provider and instead of plugging into AirCube, plug into Internet port on NetGear, I get nothing.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; i would fully expect this to work.&nbsp; Not sure if this is a setting issue or maybe I just have the wrong netgear router.&nbsp;Would like some guidance/suggestions on this.&nbsp;&nbsp; thanks

The Aircube is an access point, not a router.&nbsp;have you tried putting the netgear in access point mode?&nbsp;
