cannot detect wireless router RAX20
All other devices can detect but why only Canon MX 497 cannot detect new installed RAX20 AX1800 WiFi wireless router?

Some older devices struggle with the AX standard. Intel for instance had big issues with this that were resolved with intel updating their drivers.
Sadly, not all devices can update.
what you can try doing that kind of defeats the purpose of having an AX router? Disabled wireless AX.
See if it'll connect then.
