After a sudden unexpected shift t 10.0 subnet,If a Netgear consumer router does get the same subnet on the WAN interface they change the LAN subnet to 10.0.0.0/24 - this happens for example if you have a cable router which is not properly configured remotely by the cabe TV company eg. following a power loss, (these devices default often to similar default subnetworks like 192.168.0.0/24 or 192.168.1.0/24) or behind another router (similar subnet on the LAN, too). Well, I don't like this idea, too - but they do it for commodity.

I cannot change or reset this crapUse either the reset button following the fine documentation, or let the router DHCP server assign a LAN IP to a computer or mobile ... then the Web UI is certainly accessible on the assigned LAN default gateway IP or http://routerlogin.net/ or the like.
