cant change trusted devices

I cant seem to change the trusted devices for multifactor authentication.
In the android app:
I have enabled and disabled to try to remove them
I have logged out and logged back in

 

Website:
I have tried through the website but I dont see a 2 factory authentication under login, in settings

I have seen other people post similar issues.

      Figured it out but didn't post a solution. I have same problem. Need to change trusted device to my new cell phone/number.
