Cant connect Nighthawk Mesh Wifi 6

We have Medicacom cable internet. Have connected the Nighthawk Mesh Wifi 6 router but it is not detecting the router. 

I can connect via wifi to it but no internet avaiable. What do I need to do?

    what modem/gateway do you have? 

    Which mesh system did you get? 

    Model numbers are key.
