Cant connect to internet with new router
Cant connect with my new router i have nbn also changed the mac address and vlan 2 priority 0

What sort of Internet do you have?
NBN just means Australian Internet. It comes in different types. Cable? DSL? Optical? They all have different ways to connect.

There may also be some helpful videos on what to do.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

- Fttp cable i think has a UNI-D port i put an ethernet cable there to my nighthawk lan internet port.
I spoke to an tech and he said i needed my pppoe user name which i now have, i put it in put that didnt end up solving my issue

But this usually delivers the Internet through an optical network termination (ONT). That then has a connection that you can run to the WAN (Internet) port on the router.
You say you have an Axe300. That isn't a Netgear router model. Look at the label on the bottom of the thing.

The pppoe username may just be a part of the details you need. That is down to how the ISP operates.
