How big is your home?
I've been big on mesh systems like orbi lately.
Reason why is it has higher average throughput throughout a house versus the highest peak throughput close to the router.
For instance I have an RAX200 but I use the wifi off my orbi setup because it does better covering my whole home.
My RAX200 has higher peak speeds close to the router but at distance, not even close.
If you're home is big enough, I'd investigate a mesh system.

My house is a one level house 1,518sq feet. Although, we will be finishing our basement in the next year. Thank you for the reply!

so finished it'll be just short of 3200?
Mines right about that but its a tri-level. I run an AP on each level. Much better coverage than just the RAX

Sorry...I should have been more detailed with my houses' square footage. That is the total square footage included the basement.

Then 1 device should cover it fine if its wood/sheetrock construction.
