Can't Login to my Account - No matter what I do!
I can't Login to my Account - No matter what I do.
Everything seems to go fine (resetting password, etc.)
And at the end, when I think I'm about to get in, it comes back with the message...
"Something went wrong. Try again"
You need to factory reset the router with the PC and web browser and setup from scratch. First disconnect the router from the yellow WAN port in back.
Press and hold the reset button in back of the router for 15 seconds then release:

Have one wired PC connected to the back of the router:

Walk thru the setup wizard, skip the part where it says try again if the internet detection fails, manually set up the router path. Once at the home screen, reconnect the WAN port in back to the ISP service.

Login to what and with what?
Netgear allows various "Accounts". MyNetgear. for example, isn't the same as this place, AnyWhere Access or the wifi. And apps are not the same as browsers.
Take us through the steps that get you to that dead end.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm trying to login to my RAX43V2 with my Google Chrome web browser. I can login with the Nighthawk App but it seems limited and it does not show ip addresses for my devices.
When I try to use the browser, I put in my username and password and then it takes me to a screen that says I need an account but if I already have an account, click here...
So then I put in my username and password and it tells me something went wrong.
I try to reset the password, everything seems to go normally, I do the 2-step verification and it tells me something went wrong.
So then I tried to use the serial number procedure. That seems to work until the very last step and it tells me something went wrong.
I noticed the Anywhere Access and I have tried it both ways.
Thanks again for your reply.
