Can't Port forward on Nighthawk AX5 RAX29

This year I got a new a Netgear Router for my Fiber Wifi that was recently installed. After setting up the router everything seemed fine but I noticed that I could not port forward anything. I have scanned countless youtube videos about how to portforward for RAX29 and nothing worked. Before on my old router it worked just fine, I was able to setup the port forward fast and would work instantly but now it wont let me.

At this point I have no idea why this doesnt work, the only thing I can think of is that my Fiber company that set it up must have a reason why it might not work.

Please help me.
