Apparently I don't know enough about the Netgear Community. I am using a Netgear AX1800 wifi 6 router and it seems I posted my questions in the wrong forum.
I have computers running windows 10 and 7.
Also can't get my credit card machines to work. I have a new machine on the way.

True, there is a forum intended for Orbi WiFi6 products:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WIFI-6-AX-AND-Wi-Fi-6E-AXE/bd-p/en-home-orbi-ax
AX1800 is a Marketing Term created by adding together a bunch of theoretical WiFi number (and thus totally "hype").
What counts is the actual model number printed on the label, something that starts with "RBR" plus 3 digits.
How is this system being managed? (using the web interface or the Orbi 'app'?)

I don't even have an Orbi router. It is a Nighthawk I do believe. RAX10 is the model.

Thanks. That helps. Then this is the product:

Similar questions:
- Is the RAX10 being managed using the web browser interface or the Nighthawk 'app'?
- Does this router replace a WiFi router that was working correctly with the printers and credit card machines?
- If so, was the RAX10 set up with exactly the same WiFi name (SSID) and password as the previous router?

I oviously can't reply using my email.
The model is RAX10
I used the name that the router came with, which is Netgear47. I didn't think about renaming it to the old one. I also changed the password when my credit card machine could only take 8 characters.
I'm using the Nighthawk app. I have a windows peer to peer network for my tiny business, since I knew how to do that.
