Hi FURRYe38,
I wasn't able to open a support ticket through the portal due to only having warranty support. I called through and had to convince an agent to open an RMA them confirming I have warranty support.
I have a support case now but the Agent advised the RAX80 isn't on the RMA form for them and they need to speak to the warehouse.
Can a Netgear rep please advise why the RAX80 wouldn't be on the RMA form?- FURRYe38Nov 09, 2023Guru - Experienced User
