Can't register device with ReadyCLOUD

Hello guys ! 

I have a problem when I want to register my router to ReadyCLOUD. On http://readycloud.netgear.com/ I can log in with no problem but with the same credentials I can't register my router.

 This is the error that I get 'Registration failed. Please check your user name and password and try again.'

  • When I create MyNETGEAR account, no field for User Name exist, so i suppose my email is also my username.

      Correct.

       

      Be careful with "exotic" characters like ,.'`^# - being in the email adress - and in the password.
