Yes I did the reset and no change in the speed. Also tried playing around with the channels..to no avail.

contact xfinity and have them re-provision it. i've seen them send the wrong provisioning file to a modem before.
- Autumn47Sep 15, 2021AspirantI have optimum. The tech came today and tested the connection. A direct coaxial to his testing device gave a speed of 988mbps. Coaxial to Netgear to his testing device gave a speed of 250+ mbps
