How are you testing speeds ?
What device, app, etc are you using?
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and event logs?

only 1 of them included some of the downstream values. The whole upsteam/downstream/ofdma values are helpful along with your event logs. In those values you need to get the snr/errors/etc. Its easier to get on a computer.
