CAX80 won't connect to secure site
No matter which device I try to access the site https://securecuonline.com/gcs/Login.aspx
with I receive a err_comnection_refused message. I can access the site using my old modem/router. This is the only site I have found an issue with but I really haven't had time to use it. Have factory reset, updated the latest firmware, done everything I can to try and fix this. The armor thing is not enabled.

Try a different browser or PC to compare results
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Cable modems. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.- Tried every PC and Android device in the house. Anything connected to the wifi or hard wired will not connect but over LTE connects fine. Will try the other forum thanks
