Complaint

How To Launch A Complaint, In 2020 I bought an RAX200 but when it got delivered it wasn't the RAX200 it was the RAX120 so I notified the sales team and they sed must of been a mix up at the wairhouse did I want to send it back to get the 1 I payed for I sed no ID keep the one I received well 2 weeks ago it broke so I contacted them about warranty replacement and they sed no as the RAX120 was a replacement and I didn't send the RAX200 back so explain I neva received the RAX200 something different was sent to me I've Sent Them The Recept Of Purchase To Show The Date Of Purchase Is The Appent Date Of RMA how Could I Litcherly Send Something Back For A RMA the Day I Boght It, When I Didn't Physically Have The Item
