Configure NextDNS on RAX78 router
Can NextDNS be configured on RAX78 router ?
I have changed the DNS servers to point to NextDNS server IP's but can we configure RAX78 router to use settings set in NextDNS profile ?

You'll probably have to ask the people behind NextDNS. Only they know how their network operates.
